Tomorrow at noon our U17s, who are the senior side in our club, face some stiff opposition versus the Ampthill from Bedfordshire in what promises to be a tight game.

After your age group fixture or training tomorrow, it would be great if you and your children could show support for our senior side and cheer them on to a great performance. Believe me, backing from the touchline can add that vital 1-2% to each of our lad’s performance.

This is the Quarter final of the Midlands Cup. . . the first time our club has been at this level in many years. . . and this is the standard of rugby that I hope YOUR child aspires to playing. So give them a treat tomorrow:

1. Play their game/train

2. Food in the bar

3. Watch the U17s at 12 noon

4. More food in the bar

5. Ireland vs England on the big screen in the bar

I may be biased, but that sounds like a top day to me!
