Please find below details of our forthcoming AGM.

As as club we are always looking for new people to step forward and help with the running of the club. We are really in need of a Treasurer so if anyone thinks they can fulfill this role,please get in touch with our Chairman, Doug Hendry (doug.hendry63@ntlworld.com)

AGENDA:

1. Apologies and to consider and approve minutes of the previous AGM September 2013.

2. To receive and approve a report from the Committee on the affairs of the Club since the previous General Meeting. (Doug Hendry; Chairman)

3. To receive and approve a Financial Statement for the preceding financial “year” and if possible the Auditors’ report and/or confirm appointment of said auditors.

4. To elect the Officers for the ensuing year.

President *: Nominee(s) – David Rhodes
Chairman *: Nominee(s) – Doug Hendry
Treasurer *: Nominee(s) – ANO
Hon Sec *: Nominee(s) – Ian Brown

5. To confirm any elections of Honorary Members made by the Committee during the preceding year (tbc).

6. To elect Members * of the Committee for the ensuing year.

* Committee Members (with various portfolios), Claire Hendry (Volunteer Co-Ordinator); Ian Brown (Membership Secretary), David Fawcett (General and International Tickets), Gary Osborne (Head of Juniors and Coaching Co-Ordinator), Andy Horner (Head of Minis), Mandy Brown (Child Safeguarding Officer), Richard Whittaker, Chaz Trafford (Minis fixtures)

7. To amend the club rules to allow the club to apply for Community Amateur Sports Club (CASC) status.

*Please note the date for any member considering to be nominated for any position on the Committee is 21st September at the latest. Nominations should be via the Chairman, Doug Hendry (doug.hendry63@ntlworld.com). Nominations require two supporting members to propose and second the proposed election of said officer at the AGM, a vote may be required should more than one member be proposed.
